Purchase will be posted to your eBay postal address.

I aim to send items out within 5 days of payment being received and cleared, please allow longer for custom/made-to-order orders. I usually post 2 days a week - usually a Tuesday and a Thursday/Friday.

I cannot take responsibility for items delayed or lost in the post

I post my items via Royal Mail Second Class, this usually takes 1-3 days to arrive within the UK. (Please note i am posting from Northern Ireland).

 I obtain a postal certificate on all my items.

All items are placed in a sealable plastic pouch. Most items will arrive in an organza gift pouch (this will be stated in listing) and mailed in a bubble envelope.

I cannot offer refunds - i describe my pieces as accurately as possible.

If after receiving your item you are unhappy please message me and we can work things out.
