• Please view each photo carefully.  We try to include enough information while noting any imperfections that we see.  We are not experts in all areas and rely upon the bidder's expertise while viewing the photos.  Request additional photos as needed.
• We deal primarily with antique and vintage items.  Since these items are of considerable age, normal age appropriate wear can be expected and the items are not "new" or necessarily in "perfect" condition.
• Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we will work with you to resolve any issues to the best of our abilities.  Please contact us immediately with any concerns.  We pack to prevent damage in shipping, but accidents can always occur.  In the event of shipping damage, we will work with you to file the insurance claim.  Refunds will be issued through PayPal covering the cost of the item.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Feedback is provided on every transaction made with us and we ask that you do the same. We want to ensure that every customer has a positive buying experience. Posting positive feedback upon receipt of the item tells us that our item has been received in good condition and is acceptable.  Before issuing any negative feedback, please contact us so that we may resolve any issues that you have.

• For USA buyers, we provide insurance and tracking on all shipments for the protection of the buyer.  We do not charge additionally for packing materials or handling.

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping cost.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are paid by the buyer to the delivering shipping company typically upon receipt of the item.  Please check with your country's custom's office to determine what these additional costs are prior to bidding or buying.
• Please remember that international shipping can be slow and that delays may occur due to custom's processing.
• For international buyers, we provide insurance (if possible to purchase) on all shipments to protect both the seller and the buyer from shipping damage or loss of the package.
