International Shipments

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We know that international shipments can be tricky, and we do everything we can on our end to help keep the process as seamless as possible. While most shipments are delivered in 10-14 days, there are occasions where they may take up to 45 days to reach you. The longer shipment times are usually due to customs delays, weather problems, and other issues that our out of our control.

Buyer is responsible for any import duties and taxes. These are not included in shipping rates.

We do not mark items under value or as gifts; this is prohibited by law.

Shipments to the United States

Please allow the following time periods for each shipping class. These time periods are only estimates and should not be used as exact predictions.

Standard shipments to the United States take 4-5 business days to arrive

Expedited shipments to the United States take 2-3 business days to arrive

One Day shipments to the United States ordered before 8:00 AM (PST) will be delivered the next business day

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 business days once we receive the package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
