In the case of manufacturer defect, customer must notify us within 2 days of having received item. The customer is responsible for shipping item back with all original packaging and accessories, unused and in original new condition (anything that is deemed not to be will not be accepted). A replacement will be sent out immediately if item is in stock. If item is not in stock, a refund will be issued for the original purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).
