I only sell controllers that have been modified and ready to ship. No need to worry that I still need to modify the controller you buy (other sellers do this and will have you wait a week to a month).

I test the controller to verify it is in good working order prior to shipping. I will guarantee the controller is not Dead On Arrival (DOA). If something is wrong with the product I will accept a return for a full refund. If the return was found to be fully functional and as advertised you will receive 80% of the item's purchase price (20% restocking fee). Please let me know what problem you are having as some customers have found the usage of a modded controller to be confusing (this happens rarely but does happen).

I am a gamer too and understand how excited one can be to get something new, and how disappointing it is either to wait long or receive a defective item.

I will provide a 30 day from purchase date guarantee on the modification work. This does not include of the controller overall (e.g.: If you break or wear out the analog stick I do not cover it.) It does mean that if your mod chip stops working and there are no signs of abuse, tampering, or opening the controller that I will fix it. Please message me if this occurs.
