THE VAN IS LOCATED IN BRISTOL !!!

Mercedes 4X4 The Van has been converted to accommodate 2 adults and was designed as a works vehicle it is equipped with all mod cons,

colour tv, full size fridge, combi microwave oven, kettle, gas cooker (not connected), sink, shower cubicle, 2 bunk beds, passenger swivel chair, small dining table. diesel heater, plenty of power sockets,

Mains inverter charger that will run the electrical items such as the fridge, microwave, grill and kettle.

it also has a power lead to plug into the mains and recharge the 600 ah house battery while running the supply to the van at the same time.

the van is surplus to requirements and needs a new home , it has MOT till end of October 2017.

we have found a recent problem with the cooling system, it is fine on local trips and uses no water, however on long trips the red light comes on but if you ignore the light the van will not overheat if you stick to about 65mph, recent trip was 200 miles and did not over heat but on arrival I put in

2 ltrs of water.

we had the radiator replaced but that did not cure the problem, no water in the oil, or steaming engine.  We are not sure what the problem is, could be a dodgy hose pipe or thermostat ??
