**Watch sold as is without any guarantees to accuracy, water resistance, or overall mechanical condition.  Although the watch may be work, I can offer no guarantees for accuracy or long term reliability unless I have stated that a watch has been serviced in which case I may offer warranty.

Payment: As per the current E-Bay regulations, Paypal is the only accepted form of payment. Payment must be received within seven days of the auction's completion. International bidders please note that you are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and charges. The seller will not pay these costs. If you have any questions or concerns related to these additional costs, please contact your national customs office for more details. Such charges are most often collected when you take possession of this item from your shipping agent. Please note that these charges are separate from the shipping costs.

 

Refunds: Refunds will only be offered in the event that an item has been misdescribed in the listing. Since most of the items sold are of a vintage nature, they are sold as is without any guarantees stated or implied. I do my best to properly represent the items. In certain instances, especially in the case of vintage watches that have not been serviced, mechanical issues may arise in shipping. Additionally some parts may have been replaced or lost from the movement over the course of the watch's life and the movement may be missing minor parts such as screws. I do my best to describe these defects but occasionally I may miss one of these. Also, I cannot offer any long term guarantees as to the accuracy or water resistance of preowned watches. Refunds will not be issued for buyer's remorse or an unwillingness to pay import duties and fees.
