Condition: excellent condition with some very light overprint marks (lithographic paint smudge) on the borders/margings.

Signed and numbered by hand, blind stampt 'Edition Heimeshoff' (low left) 

Comments: beautiful abstract portait by a French listed artist.

Andre Minaux (1923-1986). French painter and printmaker. Studied at Ecole National Superrieure des Arts Decoratif in Paris (1941-1945). In 1946 hold his first one man show. In 1949 won The Prix de la Critique. In late 1940s Minaux has been invited to publsihed his works at famous Marlout Studio where Chagall, Picasso, Matisse, Leger and Braque worked alongside.
