TERMS OF SALE

I sell fine quality items only, in mostly natural fibers  in NEW, NEARLY NEW, or VERY GENTLY USED CONDITION. If there is a flaw it is stated and described and is most often very minor.

Pre-loved items are freshly cleaned before sending out so you know you will be receiving a lovely cleaned item all ready to wear.

 

PAYMENTS

Please pay for your item within 3 days of winning bid for fastest shipping turn around. If you require more than 3 days to remit payment for your item(s), simply contact me to make arrangements.

To ensure that any associated EBay fees are reimbursed to me for items for which payment has not been received within 3 days, any item not paid for after this time will be reported to EBay as non-payment if other arrangements have not been made.

 

SHIPPING

 

I do everything I can to ensure your product reaches you in pristine condition.

I pack all my items safely and securely, and I always send all my items with a tracked service.

I always get proof of postage for all the items I ship.

Yes, I combine shipping. If you purchase multiple items I will check the total weight/size of package and will calculate postage accordingly. You will then receive an adjusted invoice from me.

Please kindly understand that shipping and handling charge is not only the postage, it also includes the freight charge to the post office, the wrapping and handling cost, delivery confirmation and the international postage.

 

 

RETURN

I’m very selective and try to pick only quality items. I try to represent & describe items as accurately as I can. In case you receive an item that differs from the description, please do not hesitate to contact me for a return/refund. If you are not satisfied with your product or shopping experience then please contact me to resolve the issue before leaving a negative or neutral feedback.

However, if you receive an item and unfortunately does not fit/you don’t like it, I do not accept returns (unless I have sent you the wrong Item or missed damage). I always add measurements, so please check the fit of the item or compare it with a similar garment of your own and ask for more info if you need it. I always take approximate measurements with the garment lying flat and unstretched.

In an unlikely event that a return is request, all returns must include all original items undamaged and in the same original condition as when shipped, including all accessories. For new merchandise, items must be on its original condition, tags attached and not used. Refund will be issued once item is received back.

 

Return shipping is paid by buyer, with tracking. Unfortunately any refund will exclude return postage and packing costs.
