o 30-Day No Questions Asked! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Simply send us an email and let us know you will be returning the item.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Why is shipping so expensive?
· Shipping costs depend on a variety of factors such as distance, dimensions of the item, and shipping service you select. Some of our items are very large and/or heavy. When they are going from California to New York (for example), they can get very, very expensive. WE DO NOT MAKE MONEY ON SHIPPING! We charge a flat $4 handling charge to cover boxes and packing materials, and then we charge you exactly what we get charged. In the rare event eBay over charges you for shipping, we will immediately refund the overages.
2. Why don’t you discount shipping more?
· In general, we discount the art before we discount the shipping. Since we do not make any money on shipping, asking us to discount shipping is just like asking for a larger discount on the item. We often run FREE SHIPPING promotions even on VERY large paintings so subscribe to our store newsletter to get sale updates.
3. Do you offer combined shipping?
· Yes! We offer shipping discounts when purchasing multiple qualified items.
4. What happens if my item is damaged in shipping?
· CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY! Please send us pictures of the packaging and the damaged item so we can start a claim with the shipper. We will send you a return shipping label. As soon as we receive the item back, we will issue a full refund including original shipping. If the damage is minor and you’d like to keep the item, we offer partial refunds.
5. What do I do if I don’t like the item?
· We offer 30-day no-questions-asked returns. Please let us know you will be returning the item and we will send you a shipping label. When we receive the item back in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the item amount. Buyer pays shipping both ways.
6. What if I want my item sent to a different address?
· Per eBay policy, we can only ship to the address you have on file with eBay. If you’d like your item sent to a different address, please change your address with eBay BEFORE YOU PAY. If you pay and then ask us to ship to another location, that is a serious eBay policy violation and we will report it.
7. Can you hold my item for shipment until I return from out of town?
· No. Per eBay policy, we ship no later than one business day of receiving payment to the address you have on file.
8. What do I do if I need more time to pay?
· We require payment within 3 days, but we can make arrangements for payment plans or payment delay if you contact us within those 3 days. If you do not contact us, we will think you have changed your mind and will open an unpaid item claim to get our fees back from eBay.
