I am a US seller and all items will ship from the US. All items are sold (unless noted otherwise) are products manufacturered for US consumers and will have US specifications and compatibility. Buyer is responsible for researching compatibility of items outside of the US. 

Shipping and Delivery:
Most items are shipped within two business days, some may even ship same business day!  If you need an item by a date, please contact me before purchasing as these dates are just estimates.  While most items are delivered in a timely manner, please keep in mind, I do not have any control for delays via shipping services. Additional Information for International Customers:

Buyer is responsible for any and all import taxes and duties.  Estimated delivery times above are estimates and can vary depending upon your country's customs processing times and other postal delays. Return Policy:

You must contact me within 14 days of purchase or with 7 days of delivery (whichever is later). After informing me of the issue, I then suggest contacting the manufacturer for support and warranty replacement if it applies. If an item is defective, a replacement will be sent out once the defective unit is returned. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Only items listed with a return policy are eligible for return.

Movie and Video Game Returns:
No returns on opened DVDs, Blu-rays, HD-DVDs, Video Games, Pre-paid Gaming Cards, DLC Codes and Software.  Please check for compatibility with your player, game system or computer before purchasing. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same item only. Games that include redemption codes (not within the sealed package) will be accepted on a case to case basis. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Items missing packaging/accessories/etc may increase the fee.

Electronics & Computers Return Policy:
If an item is defective/damaged, it will be exchanged for the exact same item once the defective item is returned. Returns for electronics and computer items must be in the exact condition they were received and include all original packaging and accessories. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Items missing packaging/accessories/etc may increase the fee.
