Up for Auction is an engraved guitar neck plate. This is in fact engraved into the neck plate and not a sticker or printed on the plate. The plate will fit standard guitar & bass necks and any of your projects utilizing standard neck sizes. 

It measures Width: 2'' by Height: 2.5'', the center point Width: 1.5'' Height: 2" I have all finishes (chrome, gold or black) of neck plates available and can also do custom engraving of your band or any image you like message us for details.

This type of engraving, like etching, is not deep into the metal.

The image is produced by striking the metal at varying depths. The depth of each strike is dependent on the brightness of each pixel of the image/design that is used to engrave. As you may know a digital image is made up of many small dots (pixels). This engraving process uses the brightness of each one of these dots (pixels) to determine how hard to strike the metal. The brighter the pixel the harder the metal is struck and black pixels are not struck. The contrast between the varying depths of these strikes creates the image/design.
