Inner Packaging All boxes are NOT guaranteed to included their original packing material and/or collector cards. These items are typically lost or damaged with pre-owned ornaments. Missing plastic shells will be replaced with either bubble wrap or tissue paper.
Batteries
Many of the Hallmark Magic ornaments function via battery power. Batteries included with ornaments 3 years old and older are NOT guaranteed. You may need to replace these older batteries with new batteries to achieve proper ornament function. We do offer replacement batteries.

ShippingWe do offer combined shipping. Please allow 2 business days for processing. Christmas Past Collectibles ships via U.S. Postal Service. Orders under 16 oz. will be shipped via first class mail. Orders over 16 oz. are shipped priority mail. All scheduled delivery times are set by the U.S. Postal Service. Delays during peak seasons can be expected. Please contact us if there are any delays or misdirection of your package. Please note that we have no control over your package once it leaves our hands. We will make all necessary inquiries with the postal carrier and continue to monitor your package until the delivery is made. Our experience has shown that not all tracking information is always posted. We do not consider a package lost until 14 days has past with no tracking information.
International Shipping is processed thru Ebay's Global Shipping Program. We are not responsible for calculating shipping cost or any related fee's and or restrictions.
Terms of Sale At Christmas Past Collectibles we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, all sales are final. If however there was an error on our part and you recieved the wrong item, you have 14 days to request a exchange or refund. If you receive a package that was damaged during shipping or if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please CONTACT US immediately upon receipt of your order. A replacement or refund (if a replacement is not available) will be processed right away. We will require a photo of the damage to the item, along with a photo of any damage to the package it came in. Required returns should be shipped back in a sturdy shipping box with a copy of your original invoice enclosed. Returns shipped in envelopes will be refused. We do not issue refunds on any lost item claims if the tracking information shows that the item has been delivered. Such claims must be made with the postal carrier.

Our inventory comes from a wide variety of sources including stores, secondary market dealers, private collectors, auctions, etc. We do not track where any particular item was purchased from and are unable to indicate whether an item was previously owned or never removed from the box. We do GUARANTEE that all ornaments and collectibles should be in undamaged/mint condition, only the box condition may vary, as indicated by the item name/description. An item sold as Mint in Box, should appear new, regardless of where it was purchased.
