TERMS & CONDITIONS, READ BEFORE PURCHASE!
1.You are buying a custom made product which can be immediately fitted to your car.
You don't need to send back your old steering wheel so you will save money (you can resell your old one and get some money back).
Is not cheap China work & leather. Is a Genuine steering wheel which was previously used, then d-shaped and remodelled visually into a unique sporty shape style and re-trimmed with new good quality leather/alcantara.
This is a direct replacement of the factory (oem) steering wheel, retaining factory controls and air bag (there is NO AirBag included).
2.Plastic covers, electronic equipment & AirBags.
Remember this auction is for customized steering wheels only.
I'm not selling electronic equipment & AirBags at all. Any other elements showed on sample photos: like plastic cover/badges/logos and multifunction buttons are not included and you have to transfer them from your current steering wheel. Usually it's easy to do (just few screws). On some sample photos you can see them but this is just to help you image the final look of custom wheel. Occasionally I may add them for free (if any) just as a free gift.
3.Customers expectations.
To clarify please remember this is not a factory production but 100% handmade product. If you expecting factory quality from hand make work don't buy my product.
All listed photos of the steering wheels are real one, already made samples, which has been sold. So you can see how the final product will look like. As this is 100% handmade work it will always have some differences from sample photos. Also due to hand-made and unusual custom shape (pumped/bulges) usually the leather has in some places little wrinkles and stitches are not perfect straight like factory. This is completely normal and this fact can't be used as a reason to return.
98% customers are very happy with my product (few feedback are from customers who didn't read auction description and later have frivolous complaints).
4.Responsibility for the car inspection MOT/TÜV and insurance.
Due to the optical (visual) change I don't take responsibility for the car inspection (MOT/TÜV) of the vehicle or insurance cover. Some countries may have requiring a strict rules, so you have to check this by yourself.
Please keep in mind, is handcrafted work not a factory production, so I'm not providing any certificate or TÜV, is rather a gadget for car show.

-All steering wheels are 100% handmade, so to be fair is impossibel to make exacly the same steering wheel, it will be always have some differencies form sample photos.
Is the leather same as original (Mini/Nissan/Ford/Mazda/ect.) from same supplier or car factory?
-No, is professional EU leather dedicated to cars.
Is it plug and play with the old airbag and electronics panels / plastic covers?
-YES (Is direct replacement of the OEM steering wheel, RETAINING factory controls and air bag).
Factory (OEM) airbag fit to this steering wheel?
-YES, there is no interference to airbag and mounting brackets.
Steering wheel is direct replacement of the oem steering wheel, retaining factory controls & airbag.
Is airbag included?

-Yes (there is no any interference to frame structure or any plastic mounting brackets / points).

-No core exchange needed. You don’t need to send back your steering wheel, like on other auctions. You can resell & get some money back.

-No.
Can you resize steering wheel and make smaller?
-No, because to make it smaller I will have to interfere to the frame structure.
Can you make carbon wheel?
-No.
Can you make heated steering wheels?
-No.
Can you make steering wheel for “x” car ?
-Usually Yes (all steering wheel are round outside, so there is no big difference and most of them can customized & remodelled).

How much cost shipping to "x country"
-UE price are listed. All you need is > go to postage > click "see details" > select your country.
Did price include shipping cost?
-No, price not include shipping cost.
Can you make shipping cost lower?
-No, because I don't make profit on them (shipping cost also have ebay/paypal fee charges).
Can you send me parcel with low value (outside EU or Schengen area)?
-No, because all parcel are insured and insurance is always same as declared value.
Anything happens with parcel, you will claim full refund from ebay/paypal but I will receive just equivalent parcel value refund.
Can you make "x" color leather?
-No, because usually is hard to match same color shade, so if you have other colored interior I suggest just colored stitches and strap in requested color.
There are any difference LHD or RHD driving site, it has no effect?
-No difference at all.
Can you make knobs, hand brakes covers or inscriptions on steering wheel?
-No, I don't do this.

CUSTOM ORDERS WAITING TIME:
Ebay listing clearly says what is a waiting time (up to one month), so after placing an individual order, with all due respect “please” refrain from sending queries before above declared time, like: "Everything ok with my order?, "Can You write me, when my order will be ready?", “How do the works go on?”, “When my steering wheel will be ready?”, "How's the wheel coming along?", "Is my order ready?", "Have you sent my steering wheel?", "When can I expect delivery?".
With all due respect but I don’t replay for this type of inquiries (messages) as it take my time while I could focus on making current orders.

Shipping information & Delivery average time:
Saturday & Sunday are not working days.
All shipped items required to sign for the package when delivered.
Once you get shipping confirmation (eBay system purchase order is updated & tracking number provided), in next 24h package status can be track online.
Shipping is from UE country and any exchange of goods in UE countries are duty free.

Steering wheel replacement (installation):
I don’t take any responsibilities for incorrect/unprofessional mounting. The following instruction are for guidance only!
All cars have similar procedure: 1. Disable airbag ( most car need car battery disconnect and leave for 5-10 minutes), 2. Lift airbag and disconnect all wires, 3. Loosen the screw/nut and make some space, 4. Pull steering wheel, 5. When the steering wheel is loosened, remove to end screw/nut, 6. Remove Steering wheel, 7. Place awesome customized steering wheel, 8. Place back on (follow with points from the rear 7to1). Enjoy your ride.
