Postage charges if not collecting in person

Items are usually sent out by myHermes, tracked and insured within 3 working days.

Minimum postage charge is £3.95 unless stated as free delivery or collection only.

This covers packaging materials, time and petrol costs to drop off point (16 miles round). Other delivery companies maybe used for larger or heavier items - Yodel, DX and ParcelForce 48 - these may incur higher delivery charges.

Collection/couriers always welcome from PE14 9PF, however we do not arrange the courier for you.

Please ask for postage costs to other countries/outside mainland UK before bidding - ESPECIALLY IF LISTED AS FREE.

I do not post to Thailand as postage costs are too high.

Notes
Items sold as vintage, antique, shabby chic or used are NOT NEW AND NOT PERFECT
This is normally part of their charm  - Therefore they will always show sign commensurate with age and use. Chips, hairline cracks, repairs and major damage will be described in the Condition section above.

Unless significantly described in the description/condition, you must expect these to include minor:

Paint & glazing flaws, gilt rubbing & cutlery marks, crazing
Bumps, dents, scratches, marks etc
Wood shrinkage/cracks, old woodworm, signs of use, minor repairs
Vintage china cups/jugs/vases should not be expected to be dishwasher, microwave or boiling water safe

I try to describe what I see - but I am human and may miss something - this is no way intentional.

If you want an ?as new? item please do not buy items described as vintage, antique or used - please visit the high street instead!

Insurance
The insurance mainly covers for loss of item. No delivery company insure for breakable or electrical items - so neither can I be held responsible for breakages/damage/electrical
