This is a Genuine Version 2 (V2) Tango Down Mount for the Surefire HL1 Series Helmet Lights

This Version 2 mount design securely holds ALL models of both Version 1 AND Version 2 Surefire HL1 Helmet Lights without allowing them to pop off during use. The original Version 1 Mounts by Tango Down allowed the Light to fall off from being bumped, or from the hat simply being dropped. These new Version 2 Mounts have a rib around the standard mounting plate, which prevents the light from popping off around the mount. These Version 2 Mounts work with all Version 1 AND Version 2 Surefire HL1 lights, in all LED color combinations. Version 1 HL1 Surefire Lights have a rounded LED Bezel, and a non rotating Helmet mount. Version 2 Surefire HL1 Lights have a flat LED Bezel, and a ratcheting/rotating Helmet mount. All HL1 Lights work securely with this mount!
