- We do not accept personal cheques for item value (including postage) less than £10 and buyers must understand personal cheques takes a few days to clear before we dispatch the item.
- We only accept uncrossed postal orders for item value (including postage) less than £10, for items value greater than £10 you can send crossed postal orders.

- For international buyers please note we only accept British Sterling (no Euros or Dollars).
Same day dispatch if the order is placed before 13:30pm Monday - Friday.
If you are based in mainland UK we will deliver your order to you using the Royal Mail 1st class or other Courier. This is dependant upon the weight and size of your order.
Royal Mail 1st class, normally it takes 1-2 working days, but could take up to 10-15 working days to arrive. If the item has still not arrived within 15 working days please contact us. If an item is lost in the post we will replace the item free of charge once the maximum delivery time has passed (see above). We will then claim for the compensation from Royal Mail or the relevant courier so your co-operation may be required.
International shipping we will use International small packet, please allow 15-20 days to deliver.
We do combine postage for more than 1 item purchased; if you purchase more than 1 items please send us a request to combine postage and do not pay until you receive a combined invoice.
If you missed your delivery time, Royal Mail deliveries will leave a card to inform the customer as to where the item is, If this is ignored the courier will re attempt delivery the next working day. If this re delivery is again unsuccessful the item will be returned to the couriers’ depot for further instruction and eventually returned back to us. If this occurs then the buyer will be responsible for re delivery charges.
We offer a 30 days money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the item, it isn't a problem, Please ebay message us or by email to Motherandbaby.sales@gmail.com, and we will message you a returns form for filling. Any parcel returned to us without authorisation will be refused. All returned items must in the same 'brand new' condition (both internal and external, with all original packaging and instruction booklets) as originally supplied by us.
If return has been agreed you will have 7 days to send the item(s) back to us. Unfortunately returns cost are at your own expense. Any items that are returned used, not in the original packaging and unsuitable for re-sale will be refused a refund/exchange. We reserve the rights to charge 15% administration and handling fee. Once the returned item has been processed and authorised, your refund will be put back into the original payment method that was used. This is likely to be completed within 15days. Some banks may vary.
If item is faulty, damaged or wrong item received, please contact us first before leaving any feedback or sending back. Most cases we will reply your message within 24 hours. we need to understand in detail what the problem is in order to prevent the same problem occurring again.
