Shipping: Items will be sent out via UPS or USPS to the confirmed address. Items will ship Monday-Friday. All orders will include a tracking number. Please consider weekends and holidays when estimating shipping time.
Returns: All returns must be pre-approved by MOTOR-GARAGE accompanied by the receipt. Please don't just return the item with no information. Return shipping is to be paid by buyer. Items not in their original packaging or in their original condition are not returnable. This includes but is not limited to: installed items, any materials missing, or manufacturer's box not in original condition.
International Buyers: International Global Shipping program will be the only way for overseas buyers. Import duties, taxes, and charges will be arranged with the program. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Also please note it is out of our control how fast the item will complete customs inspections.
Sales Tax: For shipments to California addresses, we are required by state law to collect sales taxes.
