Authentic Japanese Ichimatsu Doll

Excellent Condition. This doll has been kept inside a glass case a light amount of dust had gotten in of the years but only seems to be noticeable on the floor of the case.
The case is now gone still on base
I believe this doll was for Japans Cherry Blossom Festival
The best I can do interpreting the Kanji is "Flower Hanakyu Shinwa"
