Complete third brake (high-trunk-mount) LED light.  Original equipment OEM carefully removed from a clean 2005 Cadillac STS.  This comes complete with the mounting points, and the emblem in good condition and the mating plug with a bit of wires.  All of the LEDs illuminate as they should and it appears to be in great shape.  The lens and housing are in good shape.  I have more photos available if interested.   It should fit 2005 to 2011, but please check for yourself.
