This beautiful pair of glass stud earrings is hand-made from Italian millefiori from the island of Murano in Venice, mounted on a sterling silver stud post with a sterling silver butterfly fastening.

Millefiori is Italian for 'a thousand flowers'; elegant glass flowers made in the centuries-old traditional way of layering coloured and transparent glass in multi-coloured flower designs. These earrings have been hand-made from a single flower rather than a thousand, but the effect is just as beautiful.

This design utilises single glass flowers in a black and white flower design, formed into a round cabochon that will be a great accessory and draw lots of admiring comments!

The studs measure approximately 7-8mm diameter. The post and butterfly fastening are sterling silver.

This item is supplied in a plain organza gift-pouch, and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
