You are bidding on a vintage and the ORIGINAL 1980  CHiPs Speedster wind 'n watch by Buddy L.  The toy is NOT  sealed on the card. The card is in good shape, a little wavy The toy has NEVER been played with or used at all.  We at Kenner purchased it in 1980 for research. And took it out of the blister to look at it, not play with it. It has been stored for years.
