Where possible we clean and inspect each item before listing.

Each item is then, if possible, tested. All smaller items come sealed in a plastic bag to keep them in the same condition as listed.

We sell new and used items, as well as items for spares or repairs .

Please read the description carefully and note that if it's not listed it's not included. Very rarely will a listing include something that is described but not pictured. Please assume that if it's not included in the listing on all three of the; Title / Description / picture - then it's not there. Wherever possible we will make a note in the description if something is clearly missing, and bullet point the individual parts included.

We only accept PayPal, and payment on collection. Payment should be made straight after auction ends, or "Buy it Now" is clicked. .

If you have any questions about bidding/buying, payment, or item description please do not hesitate to email via the eBay message system, it's best to do this before you purchase to make sure everything will go smoothly. We try to check our eBay messages regularly, and reply as quickly as possible. Wherever possible we try to offer the best shipping service we can. All items come well packaged in New or Recycled Packaging.

We try to list all items with "Shipping weight & dimensions" both for our own reference and yours.

P&P Shipping Cost on all small package orders under £15 is £1.99 unless listed with other shipping costs/conditions exceeding this due to weight size or value.

Items once listed items are generally packaged individually into sealed plastic bags for storage and should be clearly marked. Some exceptions apply for very small or larger items.

Delivery Available within 35 Miles at a rate of £1 per Mile . Collection is available by prior appointment only, please do not expect to be able to just turn up.

All shipping originates from UK. All Items are sent either 2nd Class Standard or MyHermes depending on Item Value / Size this may require a signature..

Recorded Delivery & Special Delivery are available upon request where not already specified. 

Bikes & Extra Large / Heavy Items are sent via FedEx and shipping can be combined for lots of items if required..

Please note: No returns are accepted on all items sold as faulty spares or repairs so please read listing before bidding. .

In the unlikely event that a return is requested on new items, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in resaleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.  Software sales are not refundable.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.

Post & packing is non-refundable, although if any goods are returned owing to an error on our part, we will gladly refund your postage charges both ways..

If we sell any item with FREE P & P, that P & P is only free with the purchase - if you decide to return the item for any reason, there is no purchase, so our postage cost + VAT will not be refunded, so will be deducted from the totals sum paid. Please contact us through ebay messages for a returns number. Do NOT return any goods without a valid returns number. Any goods returned without a return number do risk delays and verification issues.
