This is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Leatherhead the mutant crocodile figure from Playmates Toys, dated 2004. This version has a little gimmick in that there is a button on his hip that makes his tail swing back and forth. As shown, he is in excellent but played with condition with some wear from age and normal play, and in need of some light cleaning. See pictures for details. This is the figure only. No packaging, weapons, or any other accessories are included.
