Lane Bryant usually marks their returned items or closeout items through the inside tag to avoid customer attempts to return to their retail stores for full credit. I will work with you in any way I can, but please don't take advantage of that. I am a small seller--just me doing it all--who takes care of my parents full time and is just trying to pay the bills like many of you. I purchase my items from retailers--not wholesalers like many of the bigger sellers on Ebay do--so I don't have the profit margin to work with like many others and remember--I'm not a department store.
