Designed for n gauge and to be glued flat to the back scene of the layout.

This model has been printed onto heavy duty matt inkjet paper using an Epson printer and genuine Epson inks. It has then been glued to good quality 220 gsm card and in turn glued to 4.5mm grey board.

The resulting model is one of solid construction and measures 140mm wide x 44mm high with a total depth of 7mm including the roof overhang. Measurments are approx.

Note that the scale cannot be 100% accurate.

A sense of depth has been created by cutting out shop fronts and window openings and fixing signage and cornice to the outer surface.

Any white exposed edges of card have been removed.

The model has received several coats of artist's matt spray varnish to help prevent any yellowing or fading.

Selling as used however this has been recently built and has not been used on any layout.

The pavement is not included. It has been used for illustrative purpose's only.

The photographs are taken as close-ups and therefore any imperfections will appear more pronounced than they actually are.
