Please note when you bid or buy it now, you are entering a contract,

Please only place a bid if you are serious about buying the item, if you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. If payment is not received within 7 days of auction end (UK) and 10 days (Rest of World), the item may be offered to the next highest bidder or will be re-listed. All non paying bidders will be dealt with via e-bay non paying bidder process.

Paying

Please complete checkout within 2 days of auction end, indicating your chosen method of payment. Payment methods accepted:

Paypal/Personal Cheque/Bankers Draft/Postal Order/Bank to Bank Transfer.

Important  Please when sending a cheque please remember to put the item number your address and what it is you are paying for:  Thankyou. 

Post & Packing

All posting is sent by Signed Delivery Services only Royal Mail & Other, Postage costs quoted are non-negotiable.

Postage cost are at cost plus a small fee to cover packing materials, admin and handling, this is normally a small amount in the region of £1.00 - £3.00 per parcel depending on size and materials required. All shipping originates from UK Mainland, and all postage costs quoted are for UK Mainland posting areas only, if you require postage to other areas please contact us for a quote which also will be sent by a International Signed Del Service.

Posting is normally conducted within 48 hours of cleared payment being received but please as we are not a massive establishment as it is just myself and my wife we sometimes get busy so please be patient and we will post your item as soon as is possible.

Returns

As you can see we spend a lot of time on photographing our items which do form part of the description, We do this so you can clearly see what the condition is like and if there is any defects marks etc on the item, we also try to put as much information as we can see and knowingly know about the item. So please if you have any queries, questions please email us before bidding!!!.

In the unlikely event that a return is requested please can you ensure that all returns must include all original items, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms etc.

Feedback Policy

Feedback is very important to us, Once you are happy with your item please leave us feedback, our automated systems will then leave feedback automatically for you after, this has been set up to streamline our processes.

If for any reason you are un-happy with your item or there is a problem etc, then please contact us first prior to leaving feedback in order for us to address your issues.

All electrical plugs and transformers are not tested for electrical safety prior to dispatch, We accept no liability for second user items, we are not qualified electricians and as such strongly urge you to check all plugs and wiring before use. In the case of new electrical items these will of course come with the original manufacturers guarantees.

Please note  I am not an expert. I do have considerable knowledge about items in this field, however occasionally I may make an error in our listings or may miss things, but no descriptions are given with the intent to mislead.
