This is an Italian Model 1938 Folding Knife-Bayonet for the Model 1938 Mannlicher-Carcano Infantry Rifle.  This is an interesting design as it's constructed to be used as a bayonet but can be removed and folded, when folded enough of the blade is present so that it can be used like a pocket knife. One can only assume that this was their intention to issue one knife to cover all aspects of a soldiers needs.

This example comes with it's original scabbard which is nearly impossible to find on the loose. This bayonet ships from the U.S. so no worries about international shipping.
