The units in this listing are Grade "A-"
• Radios are in FINE to VERY GOOD cosmetic condition but may have a few slight scratches/scrapes from previous use. No scratch or gouge larger than 1/8" wide, varying length
• LCD screens are working perfectly, with no missing pixels/segments. LCD bluing or ambering may be present but it is not excessively "splotchy". LCD overlay (plastic window) may have one or two fine scratches on close inspection but do not affect readability.
• Units have been programmed with FRS channels 1-14 (Zone A) and GMRS 1-15 (Zone B)
• (Encryption hardware) UCM "V67" board present and functioning. Minimum Board rev found so far is 3.55
• Genuine Motorola UHF Antenna
• All units tested for Transmit and Receive functionality and will communicate with each other
The radios are sold with only an OEM battery (tested to charge but not guaranteed to hold a charge) and a GENUINE Motorola UHF antenna and are in fine cosmetic condition. No other accessories are included.
Radios were formerly used in the Washington DC Metro area. Some radios have engraved ID number on the side (viewable in photos)

IMPORTANT: I will consider offers, but ONLY if you are buying more than 2 units. I will also do SOME custom channel programming, but ONLY if you are buying 5 or more radios and ONLY if you provide BEFORE YOU BUY, and you get a confirmation from me via eBay messaging that all looks OK, a clear list of frequency / input shift / tone / deviation, channel name, etc. and only up to 16 channels. NO OUT OF BAND. I don't use "hacked" CPS nor am I going to "hack" codeplugs to do anything for which the unit is not type-accepted or certified for. I will consider cloning from a codeplug you can send, subject to the limitations and covenants outlined here.
Also, since programming occurs at my discretion, please note that it will take me up to 72 hours after receipt of your payment to do the programming. I will, however, generate a shipping label with tracking number immediately to show you and eBay that your order is being processed, and your item will be packed and shipped as soon as it is programmed.
Lately, I've gotten an increase in bidders / buyers who will:
1. Send a message asking if I will do "custom programming", then when I reply asking how many units they intend to buy or how many frequencies they need, they make a buy-it-now (or worse, make an offer) for 1 or 2 AND send me a channel list to program without even answering my question.
2. Send me a lowball offer for a handful of units (even 1!), THEN ask for programming on top of it.. again without even waiting for a counteroffer.
THESE TYPES OF PURCHASES WILL BE CANCELLED AND THESE TYPES OF BIDDERS WILL BE BLOCKED.

Each unit I sell was used by large industrial / municipal customers who properly maintained their equipment, then purchased and tested by me and therefore each unit is guaranteed to work from the moment it ships. Damages caused by shipping will be covered by the shipper's insurance, the cost of which is included in the shipping fee IF shipping is paid by buyer.
