EXCEPTIONS
There are no refunds for shipments marked "delivered" in the tracking and customers claims they never received it. You'll have to make a claim with the shipper.
Some items will come with a "no swap" tag. What is that you ask? It's my way of preventing unscrupulous individuals from swapping out their items with mine.
If this tag is removed, then there are no refunds.
