Wonderful character Windup, most likely Japan is his origin, in very good condition. 

He is just so dear with his great eyes that open and close as he tips his red bowler hat and walks toward you in his red spats. 

SO dapper in his paid jacket, vest, tie, suspenders and carnation in his lapel!

And that HUGE smile and big bulbous nose.

This is just a really cool windup toy in nice condition that works really well.
