Please note

We have added alternative postage options including First and Second class signed for due to the number of parcels Royal Mail have “mislaid” recently.  We would recommend using one of these if at all possible.

We do obtain a printed proof of postage for all items sent and do claim for any losses so we can provide a refund where possible, but it does take time to follow up when a parcel goes astray as Royal Mail will not investigate until a number of days has passed.  Happy Days…..

We use Royal Mail first class delivery service for all our parcels
