Excellent Garmin sports tracking watch ideal for triathletes as logs open water swimming as well as the usual running, cycling, etc.... Can be paired with multiple sensors eg cadence, speed sensor, HRM etc....

Selling a surplus to requirements due to a Xmas present which means I no longer use this. Really great piece of kit and versatile as it can be switched easily from the wrist to the handlebars of your bike in transition for info directly in front of your eyes on the bike section.

Using the Garmin Connect software on a computer you can synch your data using the USB transfer stick and it will then automatically upload onto apps like Strava once synced on Garmin Connect.
