These 2 examples nearly always cause a system not to bootup and just show a black screen or a black screen with a flashing cursor in the top corner. In the event of this happening, we are happy to help you get back up and running via tech support, Or we can have the unit collected reinstalled and returned all postage must be paid by the buyer for this option.
