Shipping Information

We make every attempt to ship the same day on orders received by 3:00 pm if we have received notice of payment.

We ship with the lowest cost and fastest carrier based on the product size and weight as we want to accommodate your timing and budget. Who we use is our decision unless you would like to make a special request. If we can combine shipping then we will do so automatically. On occasion a small handling cost is added to shipping fees to cover packing materials or very low margins. If you are unsure or want to inquire about other options, please contact us.

Signature Confirmation and Insurance:
We do not normally require signature confirmation. We will at our discretion require signature confirmation if we determine that the value of the item or the location that it is going to warrants it. If you feel that it is needed for your address please let us know with a separate note at the time of order. If you are not at the address when the package is delivered the carrier will leave a note. Please follow up with the carrier to get your package. If the package comes back to us we will ask you to pay for the actual cost of re-shipping.

Correct Address:
EBay requires us to ship to the address on the order. Please update your address on eBay before placing the order. Since we may ship via the United States Postal Service, Fedex or UPS we need an address that will work regardless of the method we choose. If you do not get home USPS delivery than we need your PO Box along with a physical address. If we ship your package and it cant be delivered than we will contact you to get the correct address and will ask you to pay for the actual cost of shipping. We are happy to ship your item internationally if we are able to, (we are unable to ship products with large batteries or of significant weight, decision on what is possible to be internationally shipped will be by our own discrepancy). Warranty / Return Policy Information

We warranty this item for 30 days. Request a RMA and I will replace your unit or give you a credit for a different item if I cannot replace the item. Item must be an internal defect not caused by abuse. Cosmetic damage is not warranted. If you have a problem with an item please call or E-mail us. If we cannot solve the problem with technical assistance we will replace the item as follows: Within our 30 day warranty period we will provide a prepaid label for you to return the product and upon receipt and inspection replace, exchange or refund the product. If you are outside of the 30 day window we will normally direct you to a factory Authorized service center. Occasionally we will exchange the product at your shipping expense. If you wish to return an item within the 30 days for any reason other than a defect or shipping error we ask that you request a RMA and pay the shipping both ways.

ALL Corded Products are designed to work with North American 110/120-Volt outlets only. Products used in foreign outlets without proper use of a voltage adapter/converter will not be covered our or the Manufacturers warranty.

Gas Powered Products: Because of issues with shipping gasoline we prefer that gas products be taken to a local service center. We will be happy to provide the location of service centers in your area or you can go to the manufacturers website. If you do need to return a gas powered item you must empty the tank and lines completely To do this: Drain the fuel tank, re-tighten the gas cap, and start the unit and let it run until it stops. Only then you will know that it is empty. Make sure you tighten the oil cap completely.

Techtronic Industries North America, Inc., warrants to the original retail purchaser that this RYOBI® brand product is free from defect in material and workmanship and agrees to repair or replace, at Techtronic Industries North America, Inc.'s, discretion, any defective product free of charge within these time periods from the date of purchase. Two years if the product is used for personal, family or household use; 30 days, if used for any other purpose, such as commercial or rental. This warranty extends to the original retail purchaser only and commences on the date of the original retail purchase. Any part of this product found in the reasonable judgement of Techtronic Industries North America, Inc. to be defective in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced without charge for parts and labour by an authorized service center for RYOBI® brand products (Authorized Ryobi Service Center). Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase for use of the warranty.
