Do I have to pay customs or import charges?

Taxes, duties or levies may occur depending on local laws. Recipients of deliveries made outside the European Union may have to pay import duty or formal customs clearance. If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed. Deadstock cannot offer any assistance in these processes. To help ensure that customs duties are not payable for deliveries outside the EU, control the country's customs duty threshold, before ordering, and keep your total value below that threshold.



I did not receive the tracking number, when I have to wait?

You should receive an email confirmation of shipment within 1/2 days of your purchase. If you have not received, it may be in your spam folder.



The sizes are all available on the website?

Yes, all sizes are visible on our site.


My package was shipped?

When objects are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email directly from UPS.


The tracking tells me my label was created, but not telling me where it is? Why?

This means that is currently being processed or UPS has lost the initial scan, when they came to pick up your order. the track will be updated as soon as UPS will scan the expedition.


I sent an email to customer service, how long will it take to respond?

On a typical day, you should receive a response within 12 hours.

Yes. We ship to Asia/North America/South America/Australia/Africa with UPS. Shipments to non-EU countries are exempt from VAT. Shipments to countries that are not in the EU are subject to customs duties.


IMPORT TAXES ARE VERY HIGH IN MY COUNTRY. YOU CAN PUT a lower amount on the invoice or declare the order as a gift?

We regret to inform our customers that we cannot put a lower value or declare the order as a gift. According to the laws governing trade, all orders must be shipped with an official invoice stating the values of each item.


Barring any delays will be communicated in good time, the shipment will be made within 48 hours after payment (except Saturdays and holidays).
