Really nice old double wheel cast iron casters. 

I don't see any mfg marks but I have seen similar ones made by Hamilton. One of the brackets is broken in half. It still works perfectly fine though when mounted on a cart. Measure 2 5/8" tall and 3 1/8" wide. All the wheels turn and swivel nicely.
