Everything that is included is shown in the photos! This is not the original box to the system. This box is a '92 release and is in very nice shape. I like to store the system in the box when it is not in use. There is very minimal wear on the screen. The battery cover is in nice shape and the tab is not broke. The sound works great, and I have had no issues with it. My Gameboy appears to be 100% original, and has been adult owned by me for quite some time. I purchased this system from the original owners. I work a lot , so I rarely played it and is the reason why I would like someone else to enjoy it. I even has photos of the item powered on and in use. This has been stored in my pet ans smoke free home. These are actual photos of everything. Batteries are not included.
