Hi, welcome to the Computer Crusher Recycling Company eBay store. Our goal is to give our customers the best products we can at a reasonable price. We are not experts on all the items we list, but we try our best to educate and familiarize ourselves with our products when we can. All of our items are guaranteed against dead on arrival if it is stated to power on in the listing. All pictures we use in our listings are of actual items unless otherwise stated. Items Included: 1x Laptop. Does NOT include charger, monitor, mouse or keyboard.

Cosmetic Condition: The laptop is in good cosmetic condition with some scratching on the case. (see photos)

Functionality: Laptop was powered on past POST and Booted into BIOS. Windows 10 Home was installed, activated and updated. All drivers have been updated. Laptop has been "SysPrepped" and is Out-of-the-Box Ready. On boot it WILL ask for a Windows Product Key, but you CAN Skip this step as We HAVE already activated the laptop for you. You WILL have to agree to the End User License Agreement(EULA) from Microsoft before it will finish booting.

Notes:
The Windows Installation is a valid OEM or Refurbished installation as noted in the description and condition, and all installations come with their product keys.
Windows 10 Home has been installed, activated and updated.
Does NOT include charger, monitor, mouse or keyboard.
Laptop is sold As-Is.

Computer Crusher Recycling Company only accepts PayPal as a form of payment on eBay. If you are a resident of Texas, the following State Sales Tax will be collected: TX 6.25% Ebay's nonpayment policy will be enforced. Payment must be made in full within three (3) business days from the date of purchase. If payment is not received within three (3) business days the appropiate disciplinary actions will be imposed by eBay on the non-payer's account.

Shipping

Computer Crusher Recycling Company only ships products within the continental United States. Computer Crusher Recycling Company does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. Local taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges unless the listing is specified as "Free Shipping."

The shipping process can be very difficult on packages, especially for delicate items, large items, and/or heavy items. Should an item arrive in a condition other than what is described in the auction, please contact Computer Crusher Recycling Company through eBay messages or email and we will be happy to assist you in finding a solution for the problem.

The winning bidder must include their COMPLETE, CURRENT address where they are receiving mail. PLEASE include your contact PHONE NUMBER with your shipping details as this can help aid the delivery service locate your address in the event of an error. Failure to do this can possibly delay the arrival of your package.

Requests for expedited shipping must be submitted upon response to our invoice, and before your final payment. If the item you are wishing to purchase requires Instant Payment, please contact us prior to purchase or use eBay's "Best Offer" feature to negotiate your shipping requirements.

All items will be shipped the next business day after purchase. Items purchased on Friday will be shipped the following business weekday. less.

Terms of Sale

Due to the nature of the large variety of electronics we recieve, we do our best to list the items EXACTLY as they are when they are packaged up to ship from our location. However, due to the hazards of the shipping process items may not always arrive as described.

All items sold by Computer Crusher Recycling Company are sold on a Defective On Arrival (DOA) warranty basis only, UNLESS listed in the "Parts or not working" condition. By purchasing items with the "Parts or not working" condition, you are acknowledging the item already has defects and and is not/may not be fully functional.

Unless otherwise stated, returns will only be accepted within 30 days, and only if the item was defective on arrival.
