1. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving the item, stating the full details of the problem.

2. If a return is agreed, please return the item in brand new condition unworn, with all tags attached (no marks, smells, sign of wear etc)

3. The item must be returned within 7 days from when you received it.

4. Any items received after 7 days or with signs of wear, damage, marks, smells or tags removed etc will not be refunded and will not be resent.
5. Buyer to pay for return, refunds will be given less all postage charges (£3.99) even if Free Postage was offered, plus a 20% handling fees.

6. The returned item is your full responsibility until is received by us. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in the post.

7. All our items are fully checked and photographed prior to dispatch and are fully inspected on return before a refund is agreed. 

8. Items that did not fit, too big or too small or did not match nicely with make up, are not accepted for return. Size is as stated and it is the buyer's responsibility solely to know their sizes!

9. Colours in pictures appear under high focused spot lights, which may result in slightly colour shade difference in normal lights. This does not mean item is Not As Described!!

10. If you disagree with any of the above please Do Not Purchase, as by purchasing you admit you agree to all of the above.
