REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Customer-Friendly return policy. Details are as follows:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days after receipt. Returns on items purchased in November and December are eligible for our special holiday 60-day return policy.
- Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with labels, tags, etc. attached.
- Returns will NOT be accepted if item(s) is worn, damaged or altered.
- Shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchange/return.
- Refund will be made within 2-5 business days after returned item(s) is received.
