Very cool southern vintage barn find.
This great antique bean pot is stamped 8 D on the bottom, is flat bottomed and a has a handle. It is rusty but very stout.
Dimensions are as follows: 5-1/2” high, 9-1/2” outside diameter, 9” inside diameter. It weighs 8pounds 4 ounces .
NOTE: This is quite rusty inside and a bit on the outside, but does not appear to have any cracks.
