Lego Clever Moveable Robotic Hands Arms Fingers Creation Possibly Custom Made?

I found this already made in a bundle of assorted Lego.

Not sure if its from a set or possibly custom made.

Very clever creation. When you twist the one part, the hands alternatively move backwards and forwards.

The fingers can also be positioned in different ways.

Base plate not included (for photo purposes only).
