It is a condition of sale that non UK buyers who pay for a "standard" rather than a "signed for" shipping service accept that we cannot and will not be held responsible for lost, delayed or damaged parcels. If a "signed for" service is required but not available on the listing then please ask before paying and we will add as a shipping option.

We are very happy if you want to come and collect items in person. We are less than 10 minutes from junction 10 on the M25 (the intersection with the A3)

Definitions of conditions are shown below. We always try and give accurate and honest descriptions, highlighting significant imperfections. We also include extensive photos that can be viewed in close up. These form an essential part of the description and you should use these to form your own opinion of the condition of the model.
Models
Mint: The model is complete and new in appearance as when first received from the manufacturer
Very Near Mint: The model is complete and in original condition but has a few minor flaws such as small paint chips in unimportant areas
Near Mint: The model is complete and in original condition but has a few more obvious flaws
Very Good: The model is complete and in original condition, but has several flaws some of which may be in important areas
Good: The model has many flaws and may be incomplete or have replacement parts
Poor/Playworn: The model may be damaged, incomplete, altered and may be heavily chipped. Normally only sold for restoration or spares
Boxes
Mint: The box is complete containing all original packing materials and looks as fresh as when first received from the manufacturer
Excellent: The box is almost in mint condition, but has some minor flaws such as storage wear. There may also be some minor damage from the removal of price labels. Bubble packaging is in tact but may have minor scratches or fading
Very Good: The box is complete, but has more obvious flaws and will have some signs of wear. Bubble packaging may contain small cracks or more obvious fading
Good: The box is complete, but has obvious signs of wear including small tears and may have repairs such as flaps reattached. Bubble packaging may have edges missing in addition to more obvious cracks and fading
Fair: The box may be incomplete, have graffiti and will have a "tired" appearance with clear signs of wear and tear. Bubble packaging will be incomplete or have obvious damage
Poor: The box shows considerable signs of wear and tear. It will be significantly damaged, torn, incomplete or soiled. Bubble packaging will be significantly damaged or incomplete
