Hello! This is Vintage Galoob "Baby Face" Doll...her head is marked "(c)1990 L.G.T.I. #2 CHINA"
She is called "So Surprised Suzi" and she was from the first series of these dolls
She is wearing her original pink Dress and pair of White Sneakers with socks..also includes extra outfit as pictured.
CONDITION:

Her hair looks great
Eyelashes look good with a few being shorter
Outfits and shoes look great

She comes from an adult collector so she was displayed only not played with!!
