Technical Instructions

The device is intended for effective search of leaks in various automobiles’ systems.

(Ex. Cooling, Administration of air, Release and EVAP systems, etc.)

Device generates thick white smoke under small air pressure (50-100 mmHg) allowing

users to check or leaks which would otherwise be difficult to detect

Components Included:

1. Evaporator Module.

2. Hose(s).

3. Service Port connection adapter

4. Air compressor

5. Volume of Smoke Generation 5 Liters per minute.

6. Operation Time 5 minutes.

7. 2 smoke generator.

How To Use

Smokegenerating machine is connected to the car battery or a power source of 11-15 volt direct current.(DC).

Smoke generating machine is refilled with mineral oil. (ex. Baby oil 10-12 Fl oz).

1.Remove storage and transportation caps.

2.Connect filter AIR IN to port.

3.The machine is ready to use (it’s by baby oil)

4.Connect two plugs (red and black ends) to the same color plugs of the battery.

5.Switch ON the power.

6.Turn ON the smoke generator 1 or the smoke generator 2

7..Switch ON the compressor after smoke machine has been working for at least 1 minute.

8.A pressure is generated by the compressor. If the pressure on the manometer fluctuates (if you see the needle drop) then you have an EVAP leak. Compressor should not generate more than

50-100 mmHg. ( 1psi=51.7149326 mmHg or Torr )

Attention!

1.Now the smoke machine is ready for use.

3. The pressure regulator can be used only after smoke machine's central compressor is turned on

Most manufactures recommend using less than 2 Psi to avoid damage to the EVAP system.

(1 PSI= 51.7 mmHg)

Note: Before connecting the car’s adapter to remove the nipple(Schrader) from the service port.

This nipple has a left-hand thread.
