Vintage Damask Tablecloth Chrysanthemums Stiefel's Department Store
This beautiful vintage Damask tablecloth come from the estate of a woman who loved her linens.
She labeled each of the linens as to how they worked on her table and where they were purchased. This one was purchased from Stiefel's Department Store which is from Steuben County, Indiana and has been in business there since 1869 and today is a large department store in the area.
This damask cloth features large Chrysanthemums in the center and a intricate pattern of feathers and twirls and curls around the border.
The cloth measures 88 inches by 70 inches.
It is soft and white with the embossed pattern showing up quite well. One or two places show a pull in the fabric. Cloth has been used, cleaned, pressed, folded and was put away
This would look lovely on your table and would complement any china pattern or table service.
