INTRODUCTION
TM210 thermal pads are a high performance thermal conductive material designed to meet the needs of all LED lighting / CPU Heat Sink / VGA installations, by reducing the operating temperature of the thermal conductivity of the selected components.
TM210 thermal pads are excellent for their intrinsic viscosity, soft texture, good compression performance and excellent thermal conductivity. Together with its low resistance and high cost performance characteristics it makes these items a widely used piece of equipment in the optoelectronic industry and also for computer installations, high power LED lighting, and PCB boards.
