This superfun pop art studio art pottery plate is signed "Burgess 1991." It may be the work of international potter Elizabeth Burgess, but I have not been able to confirm that attribution. It features a great cat and butterfly stencil and airbrush graphic design with stars, stripes, and various textual elements. It's signed front and back and measures about 9 inches across.
