Payment and Shipping
PAYMENT IS EXPECTED within three days. Your purchase will be carefully packaged and shipped as specified above no more than 24 hours after your payment has been received. Please note that we always refund any shipping fee overages.
We take great care in accurately describing and photographing our items, and are confident you will love your purchase as much as we do. But should you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Returns must be received within 14 days of the initial delivery date. Return shipping is at your expense and must include delivery confirmation. We will promptly issue a full refund (purchase price plus shipping to your home and any sales tax) as soon as your return arrives.
Mac Users and California Customers
WE ALWAYS POST lots of photos. If you're using a Mac, the scroll bar in the photos section might not be visible unless you're actually scrolling. Just a friendly head's up for our fellow Mac lovers.
Please note that sales tax is added during checkout for all customers with a California shipping address. We only collect 7.50% (the state minimum). And also note that our home is smoke-free and animal friendly. Cheers!
